Evansville Christian Grade School

Our team led this Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management project. This grade school expansion is the second school the Sterling team and PCI have designed and built for Evansville Christian School. The new kindergarten through sixth grade elementary school sits adjacent to the high school that PCI designed and our team built in 2017. The single story 62,905 SF facility includes: a gymnasium, art room, band room, cafeteria and media, and technology centers. ECS students were in a leased facility and moved into their new school for the fall 2021 session. This project was 100 percent funded by donations.
